Lexington Law Credit Repair
The Lexington Law Creidit Repair service consists of four general steps:
- Forward Lexington Law copies of your current credit reports from the three largest credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax). You can get free credit reports here.
- Once Lexington Law receives copies of your current credit reports, they enter them into their database after which you select the questionable items and how to challenge those questionable listings.
- After making your selections, Lexington Law begins the dispute process by challenging questionable items with the credit bureaus directly. Additional legal interventions may be pursued.
- You receive a response and possible update to your credit report usually within 60 days.
Lexington Law Refund Policy
If Lexington Law fails to provide the agreed-upon services to you (as outlined by your selected service level) for any given month, you will not be billed for that month, or will be refunded your fees for that month if your payment has already been processed.
